Repeat 3 sets of the following. Do all exercises quickly and without rest in between, but take a 2 minute break at the end of each set. :) 50 jumping jacks 12 pushups 30 walking lunges 20 jump squats 50 crunches 20 mountain climbers 10 burbees, with a 5 pound weight in each hand this is fun! :|
